What payment methods do you accept?
To make it easier for you, you can make down payments via TransferWise , credit card or bank transfer. Full payment is cash on arrival
Booking & Reservation
* Find and select your perfect package on our website.
* Booking & Deposit by transfer minimum 30% of price.
* A Deposit must be made a maximum of 3 days before departure.
* Full payment or the remaining 70% must be made upon your arrival.
* Deposits are not refundable in the case of cancellation from the Customer without notice and / or 7 days and less prior to arrival date.
* If the Customer does not pay the deposit in time, the Operator is entitled to terminate the contract without notice or to refuse carrying out the travel services.
* If any documents are required, the Customer will receive these after the deposit is paid.
Schedule or package changes
Schedule or Package Changes must be notified to the Operator by email for a maximum 7days before departure date.
Is it the price are included bank fee?
The package price is not included the bank fee
Cancellation prior to arrival date

| 30 – 20 days before arrival | 25% cancellations fee charged of the total amount |
| 19 – 9 days before arrival | 50% cancellations fee charged of the total amount |
| 8 – 4 days before arrival | 75% cancellations fee charged of the total amount |
| 3 days before arrival | 100% cancellations fee charged of the total amount (no refunds) |
* The refund process lasts for 14 working days if the full payment has been made
