What Is the All Indonesia Immigration Platform?

All Indonesia is a centralized digital declaration system developed by the Directorate General of Immigration and several government agencies. It replaces multiple paper-based forms with a single online process that covers:

  • Immigration declarations
  • Customs forms
  • Health and quarantine information

Now, instead of dealing with several different platforms (like SATUSEHAT and the customs e-CD), you only need one app or website before entering Indonesia.

Key Benefits for International Travelers

  • One Platform for Everything: Merges immigration, customs, and health into one process.
  • Quick and Easy: Takes just 2–3 minutes to complete.
  • Early Submission: Fill out the form up to 3 days before arrival.
  • Free of Charge: No cost to use the platform.
  • Digital QR Code: Receive a QR code to present on arrival.

How to Use the All Indonesia Platform

  1. Visit the official website: https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id
  2. Select “Foreign Visitor” and proceed to the form.
  3. Fill in the required details: passport info, travel details, declarations, etc.
  4. Submit and download your QR code. Present this upon arrival.

You can also download the All Indonesia App via the App Store or Google Play for mobile access.

Where Is All Indonesia Being Used?

As of September 1, 2025, it is mandatory at:

  • Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (Jakarta)
  • Ngurah Rai International Airport (Bali)
  • Juanda International Airport (Surabaya)

Rollout to additional entry points is expected by the end of 2025.
